The tree, planted at The Winwick Park development for Countryside Properties Plc, was located on the site of a former water tower which most recently was the base for a huge crane.

Utilising the concrete pads for the crane base, we were able to recommend an above ground guying system, with expanding eye bolts fixed to these pads.

Core drilling and bolt expansion took 40 minutes and the guying was completed in just over an hour. Impressive, when you consider the media attention and the focus of Kim Wilde, the former pop star, now turned Garden Designer.
